GALLUP — In dramatic Wild West fashion, the gunslinging mayor of Gallup and Billy the Kid traded fire on Coal Avenue during Wild West Day with the wanted outlaw making his getaway and leaving “Blackjack” Jackie McKinney unable to catch the Kid.
